A recent incident bought to my attention the use of material featured on our ELVA websites.

It is COPYRIGHT and should not be used without prior permission. I will always give my approval to similar sites where information about the ELVA marque is appropriate, but use on a site with a commercial bias will need a written agreement.

Such a site owner took whole pages of information without making any contact or acknowledging the source and when this was discovered offered the excuse of being 'too busy' and 'sorry I forgot'. Ummm!

It takes much time, effort and money to fund these official ELVA websites and it is common courtesy to seek approval, especially if a fellow ELVA enthusiast! So please email if you want to use anything and it will be given sympathetic consideration. Thank you.
